MARCELLO’S ITALIAN KITCHEN
Marcello’s Italian Kitchen began as a logo design project focused on capturing the warmth and authenticity of a traditional Italian restaurant. As the visual identity developed, the project naturally expanded into a website concept to demonstrate how the brand could be consistently applied across digital touchpoints.
The objective was to create a cohesive visual direction that communicates personality, tradition, and clarity while supporting an inviting customer experience.
The challenge was to create a brand identity that reflects the welcoming and familiar atmosphere associated with Italian cuisine while maintaining a clean and professional appearance.
The visual style needed to feel authentic and memorable without becoming overly decorative or difficult to apply across different media. Additionally, the identity needed the flexibility to extend naturally into a website layout while maintaining consistency.
I developed a logo concept inspired by traditional Italian restaurant aesthetics, focusing on simplicity, balance, and readability. The visual identity was designed to communicate warmth and familiarity while remaining versatile for multiple applications.
The project was then expanded into a website concept that demonstrates how typography, color, and layout can work together to create a cohesive and engaging brand experience across both print and digital environments.
